  39.   FIX:  Fixed bug where search routine had a problem reading certain types
  40.         of QWK NETWORK packets.  These QWK NETWORK packets have a 128 byte
  41.         record after the last message containing 255 values.  Xpress will
  42.         now simulate an END OF FILE.

  44.   ENH:  Cosmetic change in kill mail process.  The word SHRED was replaced
  45.         with the word PURGE.  Sounds more meaningful.

  107.         recipient if all copies are BLIND.

  111.   FIX:  Re-editing of QWK replies showing double tear lines.  The fix now
  112.         allows for a better cleaning process when editing mail.  Xpress

  191.   FIX:  OS/2 2.1 has a DOS emulation bug when doing a directory search in
  192.         a DOS based program.  Phanthom Volume IDs are returned for no
  193.         apparent reason.  The new CSD fixes this bug.  However, there is a
  194.         way to correct in DOS by being specific in a directory search and
  195.         exclude the volume bit.  The DOS/DPMI reader is now more specific
  196.         in looking for files to avoid this OS/2 2.1 DOS emulation bug.
